I Think I Need a Break

I am soooo tired. All this work for term 2 is making me crazy. Spring break. Yes spring break please come tomorrow so I can stay at home. Of course that's like impossible unless you teachers go on strikes. Then we might get lucky. Hahahah just kidding. So much work to do. Applied Skills don't need to worry no more because it's already done. Yep Mr. Olson I've send you everything I've got. I feel so proud. Must get A's this term in order to stay as an "A-sian". Hahahahah I need a rest right now.

What a Clever Cricket

Today one of my crickets ESCAPED from the jar. It ran all the way to the kitche and hid under the fidge. We didn't even know it was there 'til it chirped. My mom was like, "Mimi is that your cricket?" I was like, "Whaaaaaaat?" I ran all the way to the bathroom and check on the jar. Yep. One was missing. The escaped cricket was still chirping. I could not see it because it was under the fridge. I was like "Man I am gonna catch you" Then it stopped chirping. Awwwwwwwwww! And then I went away and it started chirping again. My dad says that it's never gonna go hungry as long as it's in the kitchen. Smart little creature. My mom says she is really gonna rage if she finds a hole in her tomatoes the next morning. Chilll.....don't EVER underestimate a cricket's intelligence. It's evil. It's GENIUS.

I Got Snow In My Neck

So today I took my mom to this mini art gallery in Richmond. It snowed really hard today so I WAS REALLY COLD AND KINDA WET AS WELL BECAUSE SOME OF THE SNOW GOT INTO MY CLOTHES AND MY NECK WAS LIKE SCREAMING. You know me. I ALWAYS take the bus for trips. But when we got off at Richmond Brighouse we were too lazy to wait for bus 407 so we walked all the way to the gallery instead. The snow was mocking me. But it felt really good to walk on its face. Thank god I wore snow boots from the beginning. So we reached the art gallery. It was really small but it had lots of cool stuff------mostly ceramic artwork. I like their hand-made cards. Especially those funky cat ones. They also displayed some artwork from local high schoolers. Coolala! We stayed at the gallery for approximately 20 minutes and looked at EVERY art pieces. Then it was closing time so we got out. The snow was REALLY, REALLY HEAVY AT THAT TIME BUT I IGNORE ITS MOCKING AND WALKED ON THE STREET LIKE A PROUD PERSON. YES. IT FELT GOOD TO HAVE PRIDE AT YOUR SIDE.

Howl's Moving Castle & Studio Ghibli

Omg the movie Howl's Moving Castle is just GORGEOUS. Mr. Hayao Miyazaki please make more films like this one. Your imagination is just INCREDIBLE. I love your castle. It's just so magical. It's really unique in it's own way...and when I watched your movie I felt as if I was in a different world. Your movie is just that good. I LOVE ALL OF YOUR WORK except the Grave of the Fireflies because 1) too sad 2) too scary------burning human body wrapped in bandage is not really a good idea. Other than that everything is just WONDERFUL. Oh yeah, I haven't watched your newest one yet------Ponyo! It's about a human goldfish. What?! HUMAN GOLDFISH?

Goddess Presentation

Today I did my goddess presentation for English and it was AWESOME. I borrowed the costume from Cynthia (thank you so much Cynthia ur my saviour). I also brought a golden delicious apple (for my goddess story) and a nice head band. Oops------I forgot to tell you about this: my chosen goddess was Eris (she's the brother of Ares). Last night I had practiced my speech for at least ten times so my speech today was pretty fluent. Yessssssss. Mrs. Greskiw told me that I got a really, really good mark. If she was serious, I got 10 out of 10. Yeeeeesssssss! Success for Mido! Now I only have one more project to go: the Brain Project!

Doooooo Dii Daaa

Awwwwwwwww. I didn't get to go to the district science fair this year. Couldn't make it three times in a row. Derrrrrrrp. I wanted to go so BAD. But oh well. I think Ms. Smedley chose the right people to go. Good job Alex Leslie and Cynthia! Good luck! Please make us proud by going to the regional science fair! Next year I will do a better job and choose a topic that's more HUMANE. Hahahahah. I think Ms. Smedley didn't choose me for a reason: Killing crickets is exactly a very nice thing to do. Oh yeah...I still have to feed my crickets...Cya!

Aharraghsuhdasd!

It's almost near the end of the term! I am soooo nervous. I am scared. I don't know what kind of mark I am gonna get. Oh gosh. Please please please don't be worse than last term's. I don't wanna lose an A! SOB! Do you know how PRECIOUS an A is?! Oh gosh. Arghggghhg I am having a nervous breakdown right now. Must...eat...to calm myself down. At least we are not gonna get our report card till the end of spring break. Phew. I don't wanna spend my holidays worrying about my mark...
